At Tyler’s preschool orientation, I volunteered to help out
with the Halloween party. I was thinking
I’d get to attend the party and organize the sign up sheet online. Turns out, I got to plan the activities for
the party. Thank goodness for
pinterest! I chose the activities early
on, and gathered all of the materials, but I procrastinated more than I ever
have in my life when it came time to getting everything ready. Two days before the party I started working,
and soon realized I needed to cut out 150 different items – oops! J Thankfully everything got completed on time
and I had so much fun going to preschool with Tyler! The kids played pumpkin bowling, pin the spider
on the web, Halloween bingo, and they made ghost crafts. (A little girl in Tyler’s class made a ghost
craft that was better than my example.)
Then they got to eat snacks and go on a walk. They all looked adorable in their
costumes! Tyler was dressed as a ninja
and was happy to see that one of his friends was a ninja too. J
