Thanksgiving

 

We had such a fun Thanksgiving!  Brady was up bright and early & requested a trip to Starbucks, but I explained that they were closed on holidays.  (I think they may have been open, but I loved the idea of staying home all day!)  Brady and I were making felt turkeys at 7 am!  My parents & my brother, Steven, arrived at around 12:30 & we had a delicious meal!  We so appreciate them driving to see us each Thanksgiving and for bringing such yummy food!  I was in charge of desserts & everyone seemed to like the chocolate cake this year!  I made a pumpkin dessert, which my sister-in-law, Kristen, introduced us to years ago.

After celebrating Thanksgiving, Brady and I started putting up a few Christmas decorations, as well as the tree!

I love Brady's turkey, which he made at school...

I always like to take videos of our first floor on Thanksgiving, because I know that within two days, it will be completely transformed into Christmas...

November Fun

 

I took so many selfies with my boys this month!  Though, sadly, I wasn't successful in getting one of me and Tyler.  The boys had lots of fun biking, and Brady took many trips to various playgrounds.  He also helped to make a Thanksgiving feast at school!  We have been taking nature walks around the neighborhood!  Dan & I got to take a walk (just the two of us!) when he had a day off!
