A Beautiful Place

This week, Tyler & I went with my mom to a tulip farm, where we met up with Shanna, her husband, & Brooklyn & Baby Jason.   The kids loved running around (Baby Jason was the most cooperative when it came time to take pictures) & seeing the baby ducks & chicks.  We could not believe how beautiful it was there!

We also met up with many of Tyler's toddler friends (and their moms) at the mall.  Tyler's favorite part was riding in the "choo choo train".  Another day a bunch of us went to the farm that is right behind our neighborhood.  The kids had so much fun playing in the fire trucks, going down the big slides, & seeing the animals.

Tyler loves seeing his grandparents and he got to see all of them this week!  He loves taking walks, riding his bike, & seeing the mailman truck.  He also loves playing his birthday guitar with his daddy.  :-)  We are really proud of Dan, who passed his latest krav maga test!! 

The Farm

This week, Dan, Tyler, & I went to a farm that is only minutes from our neighborhood.  Tyler & I had been there once before in the fall to pick pumpkins.  This time, hardly anyone was there & the weather was nice & cool.  Despite his grumpy face in most of the pictures, Tyler had so much fun!  He loved going down the slides with Dan & he rode on the hayride, climbed on the tractor, & played in the fire trucks.  He also got to see different animals. 

We also celebrated my dad's 68th birthday!  Tyler loved singing happy birthday & seeing so many family members.  We had a playdate with his friend Joey, a playdate with Brayden, & one with Brooklyn & Baby Jason.  :-)

Hot Weather & a Wedding

Two weeks ago it was snowing, and now it's 85 degrees.  We have spent a lot of time outside this week, which Tyler has enjoyed very much.  He was very happy to see Brooklyn & Baby Jason twice this week, & he got to see many of his friends at a park playdate.  He got to see Mummi, Gaga, & Papa, & even stayed overnight with my parents so Dan & I could go out of town for my friend Vanessa's wedding.  I had the honor of being the Matron of Honor!  She was a gorgeous bride & we are so happy for her & Adam.  Tyler got to visit with my Aunt Barbara while I was gone, which he loved.  :-)

A New Hairstyle

I promised Dan that after Tyler's birthday we could try a different hair style.  I must admit, Dan was right, because I do think Tyler looks super cute!  He was very good for his (4th) professional cut & was a good boy at Five Guys & Target, too.  He enjoyed playing with the plastic eggs on Easter. 

Tyler had a playdate with his friends Joey, Zachary, & Noah, & he got to see my Aunt Kathy!  We spent time outside & Tyler enjoyed riding his bike.  He also loves to play in Dan's car.  We went to see my parents twice this week.  Tyler & I have both had a cough & cold for over a week now & I am really hoping we'll be better soon!

Dan, Tyler, & I had a great walk in our neighborhood & were lucky enough to see a tractor.  :-)  The lighting was perfect for taking pictures!
