Christmas Eve

On Christmas Eve, we went to Dan's mom's house for a delicious lunch and to open presents.  It was great to see Dan's sister, Caroline, her husband, Brian, and their son, Liam.  After lunch we walked to the park, where Brady loved being in the swing, and Tyler showed off his skills on the monkey bars.  Unfortunately, Brady got overtired since he only napped for a little while in the car on the way.  We ended up heading home a little early.  Brady took a long nap and woke up happy, but he ended up being awake much later than we hoped!

Getting Ready for Christmas!

We were counting down the days until Christmas!  Brady loved pulling the ornaments off the tree over and over again.  

We love the artwork Tyler made!  He loved having a holiday party and a sing along at school.  :-)

I decided to change all of the photographs in our foyer and on our middle floor to holiday photos.  We loved having the house decorated for Christmas!  I took videos so I could remember how I decorated for next year.  Of course I took them during the five minute period when the house was as clean as possible!  Brady was napping and I had friends coming over!  :-)

Brady's Third Birthday

Brady was such a happy birthday boy!  When Tyler first saw him in the morning, he said, "Happy birthday Bud!  You're officially a big boy now." So cute!  We gave Brady three different vehicles and he seemed really happy with his gifts.  At night, we drove around our neighborhood to look at the Christmas lights.  We did the same thing last year on Brady's birthday!  We can't believe he's three!

We let him have a smash cake again this year.  I don't think he ate any of it, but he enjoyed using the icing to draw on the table!

I always take a picture of Brady sleeping on his birthday, and a video of me singing to him, to compare to previous years.  I can't believe how much he's grown!
