8th Grade & 3rd Grade!

I can't believe we have an 8th grader and a 3rd grader!  In the morning on the first day of school, Brady told me multiple times that "third grade is canceled!"  He is so funny.  He actually has had a number of ABA sessions canceled lately, so I'm sure that's where he got the idea to cancel third grade as well.  But thankfully, third grade was not canceled, and Tyler even made it on time to catch the bus for his last year of middle school!  He said his day felt long, but he has a lot of classes with friends, and tomorrow he will have art & PE, so it should be even better!

It took me about ten tries to get a picture of Tyler after school, but it was well worth it to capture this one...

Brady had a great time at his third grade orientation, which was the Thursday before the first day of school.  He ever said, "Third grade on Friday?" which I took to mean that he wanted to go back!

The End of Summer

Tyler and Brady spent their last week of summer going to multiple parks and skate parks!  Tyler also went to Sky Zone with his friend, Braylen, and Brady went to Dave and Busters with his friends, Milton and Ella!

Making me happy lately…

We found a truck with Skye's nickname on it at the beach, so of course we had to buy it for Brady...

I decided to try to clean as much as possible before we left for vacation...

Skies and clouds…

Doesn’t this cloud look like an owl on a branch?

I love seeing “Sydney” clouds…

I love these pictures of Tyler & his friend James...

And these photos of Skye…

Three year comparison photos…

Even More Beach Photos & Videos

This fun drink was wonderful after a long day of travel…

The restaurant/bar right across from our hotel is my favorite...

I could tell that Brady remembered that hotels have special breakfasts, because as soon as he woke up the first morning, he said, “Breakfast?” Our hotel actually doesn’t provide breakfast any more (but thankfully they have really good coffee!)  We made multiple schedules while on our trip so Brady would know what we would be doing and when, and one morning he wrote this…

Dan’s mom sent us a text suggesting a museum we could take the boys to.  Instead, we sent her these videos…

We love the way Brady says, “yes” so that it sounds like, “Wes”…
