Beach Trip

We definitely experienced some highs and lows on our beach trip!  Brady was SO good at two outdoor restaurants, he said so many new words & phrases, & was the best shopper.  Tyler & Dan got to go parasailing, they rented bikes to ride around the island, & had lots of beach time!  Brady and I joined them at the beach twice, and I brought my new underwater camera to take videos!  

Unfortunately, I started feeling badly yesterday morning before we headed home & then I tested positive for covid.  It's been a rough day today, so looking at the pictures & videos from our trip has definitely boosted my spirits!

Hilton Head

A few months ago, I decided that if my friend, Megan, was going to be at her home in Charleston, SC during the week Dan & Tyler were scheduled to be in Hilton Head, then Brady and I would go too.  I hadn't seen Megan in seven years and she had never met Brady, so this was my chance to see her.  Brady and I hadn't been to Hilton Head in six years!  He was SO tiny the last time he was here!

Overall, we had a lot of fun!  We are heading home now & I love looking at all of the photos.  We knew that Tyler was a beach boy but now we are certain that Brady is one, too!

I love taking videos of Tyler and Brady in the back seat when we are on vacation.  It's so fun (and sometimes funny!) to compare how they interact over the years!

We had a great dinner on our second night in Hilton Head and we got to listen to some live music!

Brady loved saying the word "no" on this vacation. ("Do you want to go back to the hotel?"  "No!"  "It's time to leave the beach..." "No!"  He even started adding, "I said no," for extra emphasis.)  He also thought it was hysterical to play with the shower at the pool...
