Christmas Adam & More Holiday Photos

I am very excited about our "Christmas" family photo this year!  The pressure was on, because I like to have one "favorite" family photo each year, and I didn't have one for 2019.  Trying to take a family photo on Christmas day doesn't always work out, so I decided that when my parents came over on Brady's birthday, I'd change the boys' clothes and we'd take one then.  That way, the pressure would be off on Christmas day!  This worked out well, with my dad as photographer, and my mom helping to make the boys smile and look toward the camera.  I think it is the first time ever that all four of us are smiling and looking in the same direction, and it only took us four years!  :-)

We like to celebrate Christmas Adam, which is what we call December 23rd.  I love that Brady's birthday is on the 22nd because that way we have four fun days all in a row!  Dan had to work on Christmas Adam, so the boys and I went to my parents' house to see their tree, which was so pretty.  We all really liked my mom's elf costume, and the boys looked adorable in their matching outfits!  :-)

Brady's Fourth Birthday!

Brady was a very happy birthday boy!  We definitely had fun celebrating him!  He opened up his gifts from us in the morning, then my parents came over later in the day and brought him more gifts!  He had so much fun playing with his new toys!  When we sang "Happy Birthday" to him, he clapped at the end.  :-)  He loved the birthday balloon we got for him!

Brady's Fourth Birthday Party

We had a small family party for Brady at the beginning of the month!  The party had a dinosaur theme.  :-)  Brady seemed to have a wonderful time and we all loved spending time with our family!  Brady really liked all of his gifts, and he was so cute giving out hugs when everyone was leaving. :-)

He seemed a bit overwhelmed while we were singing, but since then, any time he hears the "Happy Birthday" song, he claps at the end!  :-)
