The Last Day of School

 

Tyler and Brady both had a great last day of school!  Brady had a full day, and he enjoyed a week that included watching movies in the afternoon, playground time, and field day.  Tyler never had a full day this week and was done at 10:30 on the last day, after he took his English exam (he got a 92!)  Dan was able to go with me to get Brady from school and (no surprise) Brady was the first one out of the building!

I absolutely love this artwork that Brady brought home!  He wrote his name in the middle of the flower and then all of his classmates wrote something about him on the petals...

I also love what he wrote about Starbucks...

He must have filled this out at the beginning of the school year, and it is so, so sweet...

Winter & Skye seemed very excited about the last day of school...

I will miss seeing my friends Jessica and Jessica at pick up five days a week...

More May Photos

This month has definitely been busy!  I got to have lunch with my Aunt Barbara and my Aunt Kathy!  (Kathy gave Brady an adorable beach towel that he brought to school for Hawaiian day!)  Dan took Tyler & Brady to Pocahontas State Park to go mountain biking & they had a lot of fun.  Dan and Tyler had dinner with Dan's mom and Tyler enjoyed a very expensive steak!  Then Tyler chose which restaurant we would go to another night and he chose Olive Garden.  I had lunch and coffee with my friends, Jessica and Jessica!   Brady and I went to Kings Dominion for the third time since it opened, and Tyler got to hang out with friends.

This month we celebrated my 46th birthday and Mother's Day!  

I love the Mother's Day gift Brady brought home from school...

My picture with Tyler & Brady reminds me of a picture from 2016 (maybe because of Brady's blue shirt!), and I can't believe how much they've grown!  Now I want to recreate the photo with my mom in it too...
