May Events

I always like having my birthday and Mother's Day close together!  We were able to celebrate with my parents and with Dan's mom.  I loved all of the sweet cards, messages, and gifts!  Being 39 is taking a little time to get used to!  ;-)

I especially loved the card Tyler made me at school.  The day before he brought it home, I picked him up and he said, "We're making you a card at school. It's supposed to be a secret, but you can't trust kids!" :-)

I love the gift I found to give to my mom this year too!  She already has the gift set up in her yard, and it looks so cute!

April Fun

 This month Brady and I had a playdate with my friend, Julie, and her adorable son, Milo.  We had visits from my friends, Michelle and Angie, and Dan's good friend, Marco.  I got to attend Tyler's class party and he had a playdate with his friend, Kenny.  We went to the playground many times after school and enjoyed a park and Slurpee date with Dan one weekend.  Tyler and Brady are so happy that spring is here, and we can spend more time outside!  

Brady and I took a day trip to Richmond to visit my friend, Vanessa, and her kids, Milton and Ella.  Dan took two days off over Tyler's spring break and he and Tyler went to a trampoline place.  Tyler also got to spend hours at a farm with his Mummi and he had a sleep over at my parents' house!  Unfortunately, I had to take Brady to the ER this month when he woke up in the middle of the night with croup.  Then I got sick, so we had to cancel all of our plans that week, but thankfully we all recovered.  :-)  Brady has been very busy with speech, and both boys got their hair cut this month!

We love how Brady shows love, like in the video below.  :-)  It is especially adorable when he does this to Jenna the cat!

We had our carpets cleaned and rearranged the furniture yet again!  I am loving the new changes!
