This week I got to attend Tyler's Thanksgiving party at preschool! The students made adorable crafts and enjoyed a Thanksgiving "feast" using place mats they had painted. So cute! I had a family photo shoot on Saturday (which may be my last outdoor shoot until at least April!) and on Sunday we took Tyler to the park. Within a few minutes, we had him put on gloves and a hat. We hadn't realized how cold it was! Of course we were the only ones there. :-) Then we went out for frozen yogurt. We went to his favorite indoor playground during his day off from preschool, and he had visits from all of his grandparents.
This week was my cousin Zac's funeral, which was very difficult. We miss him every day and always will. My parents had a lady bug in their house one day and they saw doves in their backyard. Every year at our family Christmas party, when we'd sing, "The Twelve Days of Christmas," Zac would sing, "Two turtle doves" with my brother Shane and my uncle Randy. We believe in little signs from above and we love seeing them. :-)
