October Fun

 

Tyler said he had the best weekend recently!  He had a sleepover with two friends on Friday night.  On Saturday night, he and I picked up one of his friends and I took them to the mall.  (I of course stayed in the parking lot!)  Then on Sunday, he and Dan went to Bryce and met up with some of his mountain biking friends.  My parents picked up me & Brady and we went to my cousin Justin's house.  His stepdaughter, Aimee, was celebrating her 16th birthday!  It was so great to see so many family members and to see Brady playing with his cousins.

The following week was the busiest week ever.  Brady went to a photo shoot with me at his gymnastics center, Tyler had a dentist appointment, and Brady had speech.  Then one day, Tyler and I went to his hair appointment & out to lunch, before going to TJ Maxx. One Afternoon, Tyler insisted that we bring Skye with us to the Chick-fil-A drive-thru.

I've been getting more used to my very light hair (and I'm thrilled that it's been growing)...but I can’t wait to go darker next month!

The boys continue to be obsessed with our neighbors dog, Chloe.  If Chloe is not outside when we are outside, Brady will ask where she is and tell her that she needs to come outside.  If Tyler gets off the bus and sees Chloe in front of her house, he will immediately go there to see her before he goes home.
