When my dad turned 70 five years ago, and I made a photo book for him, and I remember thinking how fun it would be to choose 70 photos to represent his 70 years. I was 35 at the time, and I remember thinking, "When I turn 40, I am going to choose 40 photos to represent my 40 years!" I knew I didn't want to choose one photo for each year, but rather just choose the 40 photos I thought best represented my life up until now. It was so fun choosing which ones to include! I feel very lucky to be blessed with wonderful friends, wonderful family members, a wonderful husband I have spent almost 15 years with, and two adorable boys!! :-) I am very excited for what this decade may bring...perhaps a trip to Aruba, a new house, a new pet, and hopefully lots of reading and downtime (one can dream!) ;-)
