I was able to celebrate my 38th birthday two times! My parents were able to come over on my actual birthday and we had a donut party. :-) I had seen a shirt online that I felt like I had to buy for Tyler, because for some reason all year long he's been saying, "Okay, my girl," and it cracks me up. He is so funny!
A few days later, parents watched Tyler and Brady so that Dan and I could celebrate my birthday at The Melting Pot! We love to order the cheese & chocolate fondue, and salads too. I always have to get a love martini - so good! :-)
Getting my hair cut a few days after that also felt like a birthday gift. :-) I spent my birthday money from my parents and mother-in-law on new shampoo, a new brush, a new comb, and a new hair dryer. :-) I feel so happy that Brady lets me straighten my hair again (at least a few days a week!) I also bought a new bathing suit since we are so excited that the pool will be opening soon!
