Lately, Brady seems to love basketball! He's been wanting to play nonstop in our kitchen (where we have three different basketball hoops!) He used to stand in front of us while holding a ball, which let us know that he wanted us to lift him up to the basket so he could dunk the ball. Now he prefers to pull a chair over to the higher baskets so he can try to throw the basketball in himself. He even climbs on top of the kitchen table (sigh) and tries to throw the ball from there. Sometimes he will stand below the high baskets and try to throw the ball up extra high from the ground.
He also loves to watch the trash trucks! One day he went and got his own trash truck to hold while he watched the trash truck drive by. He has also discovered that he can see school buses from our middle floor windows. He loves waving to them. :-)
His favorite activity still seems to be bath time, which we call, "splash splash." :-) He's been very happy on the few nice days we've had when we've been able to play at the school playground or on the deck! Any time we are upstairs, he wants to hide in my closet and close the door. He likes for me to say, "Where is Brady? Brady!" and then when I open the door he laughs and smiles so big!
Brady said more words this past week than he ever has, and we are so excited! He said up, no, hi, ball, uh oh, and go. :-) He also had three hours of speech this week, and handled it like a champ!
We are so proud of our Bray Bray and we love him so much!
