This week didn't start off too well. Both of my boys were sick, my phone completely died (poor Dan had to take four trips to three different stores to get me a new one), and I just kept saying, "This week needs to go ahead and end!" Thankfully, we ended the week with lots of good news. Dan's time off was approved for once the baby is born, and Tyler and I cannot wait to have him home with us!! And we now have an induction date that, if all goes well, will mean that we will be home with Tyler and baby on Christmas day. :-) Of course as beautifully planned as everything is now, I keep telling Dan that our baby could really arrive at any time, which makes me very nervous!
I ended up having one more outdoor photo shoot, two days shy of 37 weeks pregnant! Thankfully I felt fine afterwards. We attended a holiday party at my friend Jen's house (there were nine little boys!) which included a book exchange, and Tyler was thrilled to get a Star Wars book. :-) I'm so glad my friend Carrie was able to get a great picture of Tyler and his friends. It's amazing to see how they have all grown since their first holiday party together, back in 2011! I found the most perfect shirt on amazon for Tyler to wear to the party. ;-)
At preschool this week, Tyler got to share his "All About Me" poster, and his teachers and classmates took turns telling him what they like about him. He said, "My teacher said she loves how I run up the driveway with a smile on my face. And she loves me." :-) They also celebrated 50 days of school (I believe with Tyler's schedule, he's had 30 days of school!) and made adorable hats. :-) Everyone brought in 50 items. My mom suggested that Tyler could bring in 50 mini marshmallows and he loved that idea. :-) We finally finished all of our Christmas shopping...now we just need to wait for some items to arrive and wrap everything!
One night Tyler decided to dress up all of his stuffed animals. So cute! :-)
