Thank goodness Thanksgiving Day was so relaxing! And thank goodness I had asked Dan's mom to watch Tyler the Sunday after Thanksgiving so Dan and I could go out to lunch. Because Friday and Saturday were busy and exhausting! I didn't leave the house either day (thankfully Dan took Tyler to his favorite indoor playground for a few hours!) and we worked nonstop, prepping for our baby's arrival & decorating for the holidays. :-) We love having the Christmas tree up! (Unfortunately I had to redo the tree three times because it kept looking like it would fall over! Oops!)
My parents and Dan's mom gave Tyler advent calendars and he loves opening them each day! He's been wearing holiday shirts to preschool and Santa pajamas to sleep. :-) Tyler has been very excited this week because it's his turn to take home "Gerry the Giraffe" from preschool. :-) Gerry spends a week with us and we take pictures of him and keep a journal of everything that we do.
