My cousin, Kelly, and her fiancé, Gabe, are getting married on May 10, 2025 in California! Her mom (my aunt Barbara) and my aunt Kathy hosted an engagement party for them this past weekend. It was SO nice to see so many family members in one room! I wish I had gotten a picture of my Uncle Randy, but it was great to see him. Dan stayed home to take care of Brady (and Tyler) but I'm glad I got a picture with him before we left. It felt so crazy (and fun!) to ride in a car with my parents and my younger brother, Steven. I don’t think the four of us had been in a car together in 20+ years!
I can't believe my little cousin is getting married! I couldn't get over her gorgeous ring (!!!) and she showed me a picture of her beautiful wedding dress! She is going to be such a stunning bride!

My mom and I loved seeing my cousin Kelly's "Callahan" bracelet, which immediately made me think of our Grannie! Kelly said her mom (my aunt Barbara) has one too...
On the way home I saw a butterfly cloud, which also made me think of Grannie. Once I got home and looked at the picture more closely, I noticed that it actually looked like two butterfly clouds side by side...and if you look at them together, it looks like one big butterfly!
I loved during the party when my aunt Kathy said to me, "Okay, Dennis!" because she said what I was ordering is what he would’ve ordered! (There were seven different options for everyone to choose from for a main course, and I chose the french toast, which was the one "dessert" option!)
