Christmas Eve

 

We had to change our Christmas Eve plans at the last minute, but we still ended up having a fun day!  Instead of all of us traveling to Dan's mom's house & exchanging gifts, Dan made the trip alone.  Once he was back home, we opened our gifts while on zoom with Dan's mom, sister, brother-in-law, & nephew.  The boys were very excited about their gifts - especially flying airplanes!  :-)

I got some great books I plan to read in 2022, along with this adorable ornament...

Tyler and Dan went on a walk and snapped a photo of the most amazing sunset...

I'm counting one of these as our family Christmas photo for this year...

I loved the photos my sister in law, Caroline, posted on Facebook of Dan's visit with them...

Thankfully, Dan never caught Brady's cold & both of Brady's covid tests were negative, so he really only had a cold (but better safe than sorry of course!)

While Dan was gone, we made a fort & Brady, Skye, & I watched the beginning of "Christmas Vacation".  Unfortunately, there was a bad word said in the movie the moment that I recorded a video...
