July Fun

This month was very busy, and very hot!  Tyler attended two birthday parties - one for his friend, Jace, and one for his friend, Samantha.  At Samantha's party, Tyler worked through a ninja warrior obstacle course and he climbed a rock wall.  Jace had a trampoline party, and Brady enjoyed bouncing too!  Brady also attended his friend Alex's sixth birthday party.

We met my friend, Shanna, and her four kids at a playground one day, and then we all went out to lunch.  Tyler and Shanna's daughter, Brooklyn, were best friends when they were babies and toddlers.  They hadn't seen each other in five years and were so cute together!  We loved seeing her brothers Jason, Jaxson, and Easton too, and are so glad they have moved back to the area!  The boys and I went to my friend Chrissy's house to have a playdate with her son, Cameron.  Both boys enjoyed visiting my parents at their house (and they got to play with Jenna and Uncle Steve!)  Tyler got to take extra trips to his Gag and Pap's house while Brady napped or attended his private speech sessions.  Tyler even stayed over for a sleepover!  My parents watched the boys so Dan and I could go on a date to Not Your Average Joe's (Dan's favorite!)

I had dinner with my friends, Angie and Michelle, and Dan visited his friend, Marco.  We went to Dan's mom's house to celebrate the Fourth of July.  The boys also loved having their Mummi over to our house to play.  Tyler asked her to bring him to our neighborhood skate park during one of her visits!  He had two play dates at our house - one with his friend, Kenny, and one with his friend, Sam.  We took trips to the pool and the playground, and I was able to do a maternity photo shoot for a friend from high school.  Both Tyler and Brady helped me prepare for my shoot by scouting locations and being my models!  Tyler also a attended drawing camp, and we were so impressed by his artwork!

Tyler went on multiple adventures with my parents this month - to a farm, to a trampoline place, to various parks, and they saw two movies!  They watched Spiderman and The Lion King.  My parents celebrated their 43rd wedding anniversary on July 17th.  :-)
