Our last two days at the beach were very windy, and Brady realized that instead of feeling sand on his face by the ocean, he preferred to walk the long path from the beach to the road. (When Tyler was Brady's age, he discovered the path on day two, so we were thankful that Brady didn't notice the fun path until day five!) Dan and I kept taking turns walking with Brady, while one of us stayed on the beach to build sand castles with Tyler. Brady also discovered the buttons that controlled the air conditioning unit during our last two days of vacation, so when it was time to head home, we were ready. :-) We are so, so glad that Brady never figured out how to climb onto the beds in our hotel room! He's been quite the climber since we've been back home.
I did a five minute beach photo shoot with the boys (I love this picture taken of Tyler on our hotel balcony before we went to the beach!) As I was taking pictures of Dan with our boys, the sweetest family walked by and offered to take a picture of the four of us. I was so happy because I definitely didn't think we'd have a photo from this trip of the four of us together! :-)
