2016

My friend Julie, who will soon be having a baby, visited us on New Years Eve and brought us the most delicious cookies.  She had brought the same kind of cookies to the hospital when I had Tyler and he had seen pictures of them in his baby book.  He was thrilled to be able to finally get to eat some.  :-)

On New Years Eve 2011 and 2012, Tyler managed to be awake to watch the ball drop (I have videos somewhere I will need to find!)  This year, Brady was wide awake too!  We had told Tyler that we count down the last ten seconds until midnight, while we watch the ball drop in New York City.  (He decided to add a ball to his lego city, just like the one on tv.)  :-)  Then, we told him, everyone hugs and kisses their loved ones.  He couldn't have been cuter ringing in the new year.  It is so amazing to think about how we were feeling only one year ago, and how much has changed.  We are so incredibly thankful to start 2016 having our Brady with us!
