Good News

This week we got some fabulous news!!  Dan got a position at a new company that will have a much more family friendly schedule.  We are thrilled!  We've been searching for a job like this for him for six and a half years!! 

Tyler had a playdate with Reed and Dylan and a playdate with Zachary, Noah, Baby Austin, and Baby Alex.  We also celebrated my mom's birthday and he got to see his cousin, Ben, and Uncle Shane.  He went (briefly) to a pool party with Uncle Steven!  He also got to spend time with Dan's mom & we got to hear about her trip to California. :-)  I got to do a photo shoot with my friend Christa & her family!

Unfortunately, Tyler has had a fever & strep throat.  :-(  Luckily he hasn't seemed too affected by it & is eating, drinking, & playing as much as usual.  He continues to amaze us with new words every day.  If I say, "Tyler, your book isn't up here," he will say, "Must be downstairs."  He is very into saying the word "please" right now & he will say, "Mama, Dada is home!" with a big smile :-)  He loves reading his Goldbug book and can find Goldbug on every page.
