Fall Weather

Tyler has been acting very independent lately.  He doesn't want to have to hold hands while walking outside.  He also loves to walk down the stairs (but must hold hands to do it!!)  One day I accidentally forgot to close the baby gate and the next thing I heard was Dan saying, "Tyler is downstairs."  I have no idea how he made it down there by himself & am SO thankful he didn't fall!  He also climbed onto one of our kitchen chairs & started looking through a photo album like a big boy.  He wants to be outside every second and thankfully this week we got some fall weather - so nice!!   Tyler is now saying, "car". He learned about bark on trees but since he knows that dogs bark, he is now calling all trees, "gogs".  :-)

We attended a playdate at Avery's house & Tyler got to see twins Anna & Charlotte, & their brother, Baby Michael (all of whom are moving this month - we are sad!) & Grace.  We also had a playdate with Brooklyn & Baby Jason.  I attended a dinner with friends from my mom's group to celebrate birthdays & say goodbye to my friend Barbara before she moves.  Tyler & I also got together with our neighbors Jessica & Baby Luke, who are moving to LA at the end of this month.  We are going to miss our friends!  Tyler got to spend time with all of his grandparents this week too, which always makes him very happy.  :-)
