May Fun

This month has definitely been jam-packed so far! I took Tyler and Brady to Bryce one Sunday so Tyler could go mountain biking. He ended up meeting a new friend named Leo. The following weekend, Dan took Tyler to meet up with Leo at Lake Fairfax. Brady and I went to Kings Dominion for the second time, and I have decided that I am retiring from riding roller coasters!

One week I got to have two lunches with three different Jessicas! Two of the Jessicas are friends from the elementary school pick up line and the other Jessica is my friend and neighbor. Brady and I attended my cousin's daughter's first birthday party and loved seeing so many family members!

This past Tuesday, I picked Brady up from school at 2:30 and we drove to my parents' house. They had a delicious meal waiting for us and they entertained Brady in their backyard while I went to my nephew's baseball game. It was so good to see my brother, Shane, my sister-in-law Kristen, Kristen's parents, and my niece Julia! I also got to meet Ben's girlfriend!

Brady and I attended the spring picnic at his school! They do an A-Z countdown to the last day of school! So far he has had animal day, Hawiian day, orange day - just to name a few! I cannot believe Tyler & Brady only have nine more days of 9th grade & 4th grade!

Making me happy lately...

Celebrating this precious girl...

I made her this butterfly tutu (which matches Winter's Easter basket!) because butterflies always make me think of my Grannie (who is Violet's great grandma!)...
