Valentine's Day

This was the twelfth Valentine's Day that Dan and I have spent together.  :-)  We exchanged cards and Dan brought home flowers, and we both picked out special cards for our boys.  They each got a stuffed animal in the morning too.  :-)

Park Trip

The boys had lots of fun at the park this past weekend!  It was the first time Brady got to play on the fire truck.  :-)

We Have a Reader and a Screecher :-)

This week, Tyler and his classmates celebrated the 100th day of school!  On that very night, Tyler read an entire book all by himself (to Dan!) for the first time!  Over the next few days, he read the book to me, to my parents, and to Dan's mom.  We are all so excited and proud of him!  Dan said he had read the book to Tyler one time but then the next time, Tyler was able to read the whole book to him.  We can't believe how many sight words he knows now and we can't wait to hear him read more and more books to us!  :-)

After taking a break the past few weeks, Brady is back to saying, "Mama" over and over again.  :-)  I have yet to capture him on camera, but am happy to have videos of the adorable screech he's been doing for weeks now.  It is maybe the cutest sound I've ever heard, and he screeches when he is excited or happy.  He always seems to screech when he sees a dog.  :-)

More January Pictures

I really tried to take fewer photos in January!  I still took a lot, but I think I'll do better this month (since it's a short one!)  

Brady has been doing a pretty good job drinking whole milk but he thinks it is so, so funny to spit out some of the milk whenever he takes a sip...silly boy.
