Christmas Adam :-)

My family has always celebrated "Christmas Adam".  :-)  We are all counting down to Christmas and cannot wait!  This week Tyler had a playdate with his friends Zachary, Noah, Baby Austin, and Baby Alex.  I had lunch with my friend Tara and Dan and I went on our first dinner date in months - it was wonderful!  Tyler enjoyed spending time with his Mummi.  :-) 

We have been loving all of the new phrases Tyler has been saying lately.  We can definitely tell when he's learned something from my mom!  This week he said, "Bless Mommy's heart" and "Bless Daddy's heart" as well as, "Hi darling!"  He's also been saying, "Thank you mama for this milk...Amen."  He loves listening to holiday music on the radio but wishes they would play some songs twice in a row (and skip others).  When "White Christmas" came on he said, "Mom, that's an ad.  I don't like this show.  It's boring."  :-)

This year we had two different Christmas cards but they each had the same picture of Tyler dressed as Santa.  I can't believe how much he's grown!!

Lots of Parties :-)

This was the busiest week we've had in a long time!!  I went to four parties in four days and Tyler went to three of them!  First we attended our family Christmas party, then we went to a cookie decorating party with some of my coworkers, then we went to a party at Avery & Baby Harper's house, and then I attended a party at my school.  We both had a lot of fun and were very tired!!  :-)  Tyler also had a playdate with his friends Noah & Baby Alex.  Dan passed a five and a half hour physical test to become a level 4 in Krav Maga.  We are very proud of him!!

Family Christmas Party

We all had a wonderful time at our family Christmas party!  My parents were amazing hosts as always!  Tyler loved seeing his cousin Ben, his cousin Julia, so many of his relatives, and my friend Chrissy too.  We were sad that Dan's mom and my brother Steven couldn't be there this year.  I can't believe this was Tyler's third family Christmas party.  :-)
