Even More July Photos

We’ve continued daily walks, trips to various parks, and speech, summer camp, and gymnastics for Brady.  He also loves going to the library and riding the elevator.  The last time we went to Poor Farm Park, we saw that the playground had been completely torn down.  Brady thought it was hysterical!  Thankfully, a brand new playground is going to be built soon.

Making me happy lately...

More July Photos

We continue to go to Taylor Farm Park on a weekly basis!  Dan and I took Brady to Kings Dominion one Sunday, while Tyler opted to sleep in and relax.  We took a trip to the pool one day and Brady loves biking in our neighborhood in the late afternoon.  He still enjoys daily morning walks as well, but after a storm, a huge tree fell & blocked our path for a few days.  Thankfully, it was eventually cleared. My parents are celebrating their 49th wedding anniversary today, and my brother, Steven, is turning 42 next week!  We love them so!

I love this photo of Brady with our neighbor's cat, Oliver, who I mistakenly called George.  In fact, every time I ask Brady to list Miss Allison's cats, he says, "Charley, Socksy, Hal, and George."

This photo of Brady and his friends, Milton & Ella, cracks me up...

July Fun

July has definitely been busy!  One week, we went to Poor Farm three times.  The boys like going there because there’s mountain biking trails for Tyler and a playground for Brady.  We saw a baby fox two of the days, and it was the cutest animal I have ever seen in real life! (Besides all of our pets over the years, of course!)  We also got to see a family of deer - a mom, dad, and baby!  While driving to Poor Farm, we saw another deer running across a field, which was fun to see!  We also took multiple trips to Taylor Farm Park, which has water play, playgrounds, and a bike park.  This past week, Tyler went to Taylor Farm three times!  He was able to meet up with friends there twice.  Brady and I went with him once and Dan took him twice.  Dan also took him to Deep Run Park so he could bike there.  Dan and Tyler did a long, grueling bike ride together one weekend as well!

We were cat sitters for a few days for our neighbors (and friends!)  They have four cats and Tyler and Brady loved visiting them.  Brady and I met up with Vanessa and her kids Milton and Ella, at a place called Vampire Penguin.  The boys enjoyed having a visit from my parents as well!
