Fall Break

Tyler and Brady had a very busy five day fall break!  I had a conference with Brady’s teachers, and Brady had his most successful dentist appointment thus far!  They were able to get full x-rays of his teeth for the first time ever!  I had a photo shoot at Brady’s gymnastics gym, and we took a trip to Taylor Farm.  Brady had one ABA session and after I dropped him off, I took Tyler to a friend’s house to try out their bike airbag, which is very cool!  Brady and I also took Tyler to Massanutten, where he participated in a bike race.  It was definitely a very busy weekend!

I love this photo of Brady so much!  I’m so glad I took it on Saturday morning because Saturday night, he decided to cut his own sideburns.  Just in time for picture day this week!

19 Years!

 

I can't believe Dan and I met 19 years ago today!!  11/5/05 was my luckiest day!  I'm very thankful for the life we have with our boys (and with Skye, too, of course!)

Halloween

The boys had a lot of fun on Halloween!  Tyler dressed up as MF Doom, a British rapper, and Brady was a Starbucks worker.  Brady loved the glow in the dark Halloween pajamas I bought for him at Target, and he wore them many nights leading up to Halloween.  (He also looked adorable wearing his Paw Patrol sweatshirt from Halloween last year.)  I really liked having our minimal fall and Halloween decorations around the house!  

For trick or treating, Dan walked around the neighborhood with me and Brady.  Before we left, Tyler and Dan drove to the neighborhood next to ours to pick up Tyler's friend, Braylen.  Tyler went trick or treating with Braylen and their friend, James.  (They all eventually met up with their friend, Keller, too!)  We couldn't believe the amount of candy Tyler came home with!

Brady made this (very accurate) schedule weeks ago, so we put it on display for Halloween week...
