A New Haircut

Brady got an adorable hair cut yesterday!  He did such a great job sitting still (of course he had multiple lollipops).  We had gone to Target right before we went to Sports Clips & I bought him m&ms (just in case!!) but I didn't even have to pull them out!  It was hot yesterday so I tried to get Brady to spend some time painting.  Tyler was working on his last book report for 5th grade, and it was so cute to see them working at the table side by side.

I love before & after photos...

I don't mean to sound dramatic, but Brady may be the next Picasso...

Summer

Summer is definitely here!  We have already had some super hot days, which I do not enjoy.  Brady wants to be outside every moment, no matter what!  Sometimes when we tell him we can't go outside, he says, "rain?" and it is so, so cute!  He is constantly saying, "I would like garage," or "Target" and "Mama shower" (so that we can go somewhere - ha!)  We got in line at McDonald's recently & he said, "Burger!"  I still love hearing him say, "yes" and "no" so, so much (especially "no!" because he says it in the cutest way!)  He has been saying, "mama" a lot which is so sweet!

Unfortunately, Brady and I have not been feeling 100% lately.  I think we both just have colds (though poor Brady also had a fever & went through four covid tests...all were negative thankfully) but I can't wait until we are both back to normal.

Tyler is attending a basketball clinic this month with a coach whose team recently won a national championship!  (The coach also happens to be our neighbor!)

I took this picture of Brady's reflection in a puddle completely by accident, but I love it!

After a particularly exhausting day (we've had a few of those lately), we got to see the prettiest sky...

Skye is the funniest cat...

I love getting pictures from school & adorable artwork from school & ABA!

Brady loves to go to Target to get his favorite "minty" bars, but one day on the way home, he decided to use his bar to make a picture on his window.  He thought it was SO hysterical and continues to smile big whenever I mention it.

Brady just loves to be upside down at gymnastics!  (Better there than at our neighborhood playground!)  Whenever he'd go down the slide or the roller (head first) this week, he'd do his dramatic fake cry and come over to me for a snuggle.  He did it at least five times & it was so cute!  Of course his coaches kept reminding him that he can always choose to go feet first instead!

The baby geese, who are living in our neighborhood pond, are getting SO big!
