We had a wonderful Christmas! We were so happy to have my mom, my dad, & my brother, Steven, join us mid day to celebrate the holiday! It was exciting to spend our first Christmas in our new house! The boys had so much fun opening & playing with their (many!) gifts!
Tyler & Dan traveled to Dan's mom's house on Christmas Eve to exchange gifts with Dan's sister, our brother in law, & our nephew, Liam! It was SO fun to Skype with them on Christmas Day - not only to open our gifts, but to show them Skye the cat! Speaking of Skye, on Christmas Eve, despite having a very long list of things I needed to be doing to prepare for Christmas, I spent most of the day watching Brady & Skye play with the tree. Skye would knock his favorite ornament off the tree, Brady would grab it, then he would drop it in the middle of the tree. As it fell down, the sound reminded me of my favorite Price Is Right Game, Plinko.
I absolutely love Tyler's big smile in the photo that Dan's sister, Caroline, sent us!
It really seemed like the boys got to have two Christmases - the first with our gifts & the gifts from Mummi, Caroline, Brian, & Liam - and then the gifts from my parents! We absolutely loved the ornaments we got from Brady, which he made at school, & I love the ornament my mom gave me with a picture of Tyler & Brady!
