August Fun

Tyler had gymnastics camp every Tuesday and Thursday afternoon in August.  He made a 

lot of new friends and was so happy to have a few camp days with his friend, Luke. 

He took a lot of trips to the pool. He went during the week with my mom and we went as 

a family on weekends. He got to go to his favorite indoor playground, both with my parents 

a few times, and with his Mummi. Brady and I went too one day and he loved the rides! 

We had a visit from my friend Barbara, playdates with Tyler`s friends, Noah, Alex, and Sam, 

and we took trips to the library. We were so happy to see Dan`s sister Caroline, and 

celebrate her husband Brian`s 40th birthday.  Tyler and Brady loved playing with their 

cousin, Liam.  :-) The boys loved playing outside this month, playing at different parks, 

and making a robot. Dan surprised Tyler one Wednesday morning by saying, "I`m not going to

work today! We`re going to an amusement park!"  Tyler was so excited and had so much fun 

riding roller coasters!

20 Months Old With Two Little Curls

Brady is 20 months old and he has two little curls behind each of his ears!  We love it! 

He weighs 30 lbs and has been taking longer naps (up to 3 hours!)  He loves taking his 

brother`s cars, being outside, and going down slides. He shakes his head and closes his 

eyes to tell us "no" and it cracks us up! I call him Hulk and my dad calls him Bam Bam. 

He can flip over his water table, climb over his playpen, and he broke a baby gate at his 

Mummi`s house. He dances to the music while watching Ben and Holly`s Little Kingdom. He 

hugs his brother and puts his head down on my shoulder all the time. He loves holding 

remote controls, climbing (then running on) the couch, and taking baths, but he hates his 

highchair!  He loves blueberries and he`s taken an interest in Dan`s mustang.  He has so 

much fun with my parents when I take Tyler places, which is good because he`s definitely in a 

big Mommy phase.  (That is, until he sees Dan!)  He always wants to read Clifford`s First 

Easter before his naps (and squeaks at the mouse!)  He says hi and bye, and we love him 

so, so much!! 

He scoots down the stairs and still manages to sleep on me from time to time!

Our Wedding Slideshow - Part 1

My friend Vanessa made the slideshow for our wedding rehearsal dinner and we watch it every year on our anniversary.  She did an amazing job and we love it so much!  In the intro, she even thought to include the song I sang to Dan during our reception.  :-)

I always call this our wedding slideshow :-)  One day I'll have to add photos of our actual wedding and the eight years since then...especially our two boys!

8 Years :-)

I can`t believe Dan and I got married eight years ago today!!  I feel so, so lucky that he is my husband.  He is the most perfect person for me!  Our boys had so much fun with my parents and Jenna the cat while Dan and I went out to celebrate this past weekend.  :-)
