This week was "Donuts With Dad" at Tyler's preschool. :-) Dan took Tyler to school and was then allowed (with the other dads) to stay for the first hour. I loved hearing about his visit when he got back! He showed me the "King Daddy" crown that he got to wear the entire time. :-) All of the students had memorized a book called "My Daddy and Me" to read to their dads. Tyler got to put shaving cream on Dan's face then use a popsicle stick to "shave" his face. :-) I was cracking up when Dan told me that all of the students had answered questions about their dads and the teachers took turns reading some of the information. They didn't say which student had provided the information so the dads had to raise their hand when they thought the descriptions were about them. When Dan heard, "This dad wears skeleton pajama pants, likes to eat pancakes from McDonalds, and their child wants to give them a lego Robin," he raised his hand and said, "That's me!" :-) All of the students had drawn pictures of themselves with their dads, doing a fun activity. Dan said most of the students had drawn pictures playing baseball or reading with their dads...while Tyler's drawing was of them playing video games! :-) They got to put their hands in paint to make their handprints, and Tyler chose the pink paint. :-) They both had a lot of fun!
