A Crazy Weather Week

It shouldn't really come as a surprise to me that Tyler thinks Santa is going to come every time it snows...considering I am still dressing him in all of his Christmas pajamas.  :-)  Tyler loved the sunny days this week and he loved the snow days, too!  I had a coffee date with my friend Katie, but poor Tyler didn't see any friends this week! 

I have been trying to keep track of all of his funny sayings.  Lately my favorite one is, "that's what the problem is, Mama."  :-)  He always wants to be on the go.  We ran four different errands before work one day (a major feat for us considering we never make it out of the house before 10 am!) and after I picked him up later in the afternoon, he said, "I wanna go somewhere, Mama.  Where are we going."  I love this little boy.  :-)

After the snow days, my parents were missing Tyler and offered to have him play at their house so Dan and I could have a few hours together.  We know we should never pass that up!  We had lunch and walked around the mall.  I think we've gone to the mall together & walked around 2-3 times in the past three years.  :-)  Then Dan and Tyler went to Dan's mom's house and I went home.  It always feels very strange to be in our house alone because that very rarely happens!  By the time they got home, Tyler was asleep.  The next morning he woke up and said, "Mama!  I was missing you!"  He is such a sweet boy.  :-)  He had a playdate this week with Noah and Baby Alex, and was such a good boy running lots of errands with me this week.  We have been talking a lot about his upcoming birthday & he can't wait for his party.  :-)   Dan was off on Monday and I had to work, so he and Tyler spent the day together.  They went to an indoor playground and Tyler hasn't stopped talking about it.  :-)     

Bow Tie Photo Shoot :-)

I've been taking a break from photo shoots since late November, but since we've been snowed in for two days, I decided to do some with Tyler!  I was shocked by how cooperative he was.  :-)  I had bought him a cute bow tie during my last shopping trip with my friend Vanessa.  Wearing one makes him think he is an ice cream man.  :-)

Valentine's Day :-)

I'm so happy to be home with my boys on Valentine's Day :-)  I can't believe it's my ninth Valentine's Day with Dan and my third with Tyler!
