There have been multiple times this week that I have thought about the movie, Overboard. There is a scene where Goldie Hawn keeps saying, "bababababa" and this week, that is exactly what Tyler has been saying. :-) He has also said, "mama" multiple times and it really seems like he is actually talking to me. :-) He wants very much to climb the stairs but (luckily) he hasn't figured out how to do it just yet. He does not have any patience for hats or bibs anymore and he keeps walking all over the place with his walker. :-)
This week we had playdates with Baby Brooklyn, Baby Avery, Baby Eli, & Baby Cole! We also met up with Baby Zachary & Baby Noah at Pinkberry. We attended a playdate (hosted by Baby Joey) at Play n Learn & we had our baby boy friends over for a playdate at our house. Tyler got to see all of his grandparents over the weekend, and even stayed with my parents overnight so Dan & I could have a date night. We had to go to Toys R Us to get crib teething protectors (something I never thought to put on our baby registry, that is for sure!)

If Tyler is laying flat, he is able to pull himself up to a sitting position. He loves to do these "sit ups" multiple times a day and has been getting many compliments on his stomach muscles. :-) He is still doing the army crawl and trying to climb the stairs. He's been crawling on his knees very briefly but doesn't have the hang of it just yet. He wants to climb up on everything - his crib, the tv stand, the toy box, the coffee table, and his toys. He LOVES to look up at things - lights, smoke detectors, and the chandelier. :-)
This week he had playdates with his baby friends Colin, Brooklyn, & Luke. He also attended two football parties, a coffee date with Julie, his cousin Ben's 3rd birthday party, and a lunch at Moes with seven other moms and babies. I enjoyed a wonderful dinner with Barbara & Leigh at Guapos! :-)

This has been a big week for Tyler! He is "army" crawling and pulling himself up, especially in his crib. He even walked from one end of the crib to the other (while holding onto the edge of course) to get to his mobile. The mobile is no longer up and will be greatly missed. :-) I still let Tyler play with the moon and stars (which he loves) while supervised. Tyler has been eating strawberry yogurt bites and today he successfully picked up a piece, put it into his mouth, and laughed. :-) He has also finally reached 20 pounds! :-)
This week we had two playdates with Baby Brooklyn, a playdate with a bunch of our baby friends at Avery's house, a playdate with our baby boy friends & moms, and a delicious brunch with Chrissy & Brayden. We also attended a dinner for my friend Katy, who is about to have her second baby boy. We had a beautiful snowfall that day (which thankfully did not stick to the road). Ironically, only days earlier it was 60 degrees, which was perfect for a long family walk!
